There is certainly a big difference between the two!

The Maserati has a very nice feel but it does need better brakes which are being supplied with the new model.

I drove the Maserati and felt it was a nice car, comfortable, and very sporty. The workmanship is also a plus.

From a practical standpoint, the Maserati is 8 cyls so gas consumption is better than the BGT.

The Maserati is a smaller car so it will feel sportier.

I like them both but might gravitate to the BGT for it's style and class.

A tough decision for sure.

I did forget to add that the Maserati does feel a bit underpowered due to its weight but the newer S version should correct some of that but at the expense of gas consumption.

i think i'm leaning towards the maserati over the bgt but now the dilema is would you keep the vantage over the maserati?

Are you asking if I'd keep the Vantage or would I buy the Maserati?

If that's the question I can't say. I have not driven a Vantage although I think it's quite nice.

I'd say both cars are similar but I'd bet you'd find more performance in the Vantage.

Dive a Maserati for a while and get its feel.

That might help.

Personally, I'd probably go for the Mazzer. Although, all the vehicles are very very different. The BGT is definitely the long distance cruiser of the three and commands respect.

The Vantage is the typical english sports car, where it might be slightly lacking in power, it's gorgeous and has loads of character.

The Maserati is not really a powerhouse either but the italians tend to use power as icing on the cake instead of a crutch. Look at the 360, didn't have tons of power but still a thrill to drive.

Plus the Maserati strikes me much more as the crazy man's car to drive. So it gets my vote.
