Question Granturismo S: Steering Wheel Buttons NOT working

My 09 gt-s has been in for the same problem 3 times now and each time i'm told its fixed and it either isn't fixed from when I go to pick the car up or it works for the ride home and then stops working again.
Every button on the wheel, volume, track, bluetooth, mute....

They have replaced the entire wheel and no success obviously. Is this a common thing? Is it the main wiring harness?

I'd appericiate any experiences anyone has had with this issue.

So there aren't ANY maserati owners that have had this problem? I find it hard to believe since this is car is notorious for electrical quibbels.
