Please help! Resale question

Hi all, I have been a Porsche owner several times over. I sold my 2011 911 Turbo and was considering building a new 4s. Then I drove the Maserati and really liked it. I am deathly afraid of the resale value and was told that I should by the MC Stradale over the new Sport if that was the case. The Stradale will cost me about 11k more. I usually get a new car after year or so so would love some feed back if I spend the 11k will it really hold better resale?

Thank you

J

As far as I am aware, you can not buy an MC Stradale in the US. You must be thinking of the MC Sportline (there are significant differences).

Resale are terrible on these cars and that is why I have yet to pull the trigger myself. If you love the car and don't want to take as BIG of a hit in a year... get a 2012 MC. Not because it will lose LESS value, but because you can score bigger savings on your purchase.

I've seen advertised prices for NEW 2012 MC's in the low 120k with 150K MSRP's.

However, if you plan to keep the car a while. I would consider a 2013 MC!

Good Luck!
