Maserati Levante questions

Thinking of getting maserati levante.
my questions are
1. overall how reliable daily are these
2. Are they easy to work on diy
3. Wht diagnostics scanners exist for it to clear codes, service lights, diagnose problems, test subsystems?
4. How expensive are parts (compared to porsche parts)?
5. Anything in particular that is the car Achilles heel?
6. Anything else prospective owners should be aware of?
7. Any trim that is more troublesome than others (stay away from)

Wife would likely be primary user.
Great thanks for help.

Booster_cat is infamous around these parts
Maserati Levante

I have a 2018 and was going to buy either a Jaguar or Porsche. So happy I made the right choice. It's such a beautiful car. I use the Xtool D7w for diagnostics.
Just make sure you get one that has all the service history and has been looked after

The Levante is a stylish SUV but has mixed reliability—regular maintenance is key. DIY repairs can be tricky due to complex electronics, and parts are pricey, often comparable to Porsche. For diagnostics, look at Autel or Launch scanners. Watch for suspension issues and electrical quirks, and the diesel models tend to have fewer problems. If your wife is the primary user, ensure she’s comfortable with the ride quality and service costs!
