what mods for an E63?

Damn Scott, you dug up the old school pics! I admit, I had HRE's on my 63 before 360 was around...They were awesome! Great quality and looked really good - I can't hate on them, we all know HRE is the daddy!
The CL looks awesome!

Dude, no need to be mean about it - I know HRE's are great wheels.

Wow, the battle of the wheel makers... Just kidding... I'm going to put it like this, I think they are both great wheels. I think HREs are kind of a "safe" wheel because they look great on almost anything. However, when 360Forged pull a car off, damn does it look good ****** head and reminisces about the blue Z06*. In the end, I think HREs are a great compliment to a car when you are trying to make your car look stock yet 1000X better at the same time and 360Forged are great when you are trying to add a little more pazaz (sp?) to your ride and make your car POP a little more. So they are both great wheels but different. Can we all just be one big happy family again?

haha forgot about that. I've got a cls63 as my daily driver, I think the most effective mod for not too much money is a good nitrous setup. I wouldn't do all that overpriced crap from these crazy manufacturers who charge rediculous prices just because the car is expensive.

Too be honest with you, I think you already knew the mods that were available but you want to know which are best for the money. I say this because what goes for he E63 goes for most other cars on the road, exhaust, suspension, tint, rims, ECU mod, Intake, brakes and other misc. performance/cosmetic products are your main categories. I take it you don't want any really high priced mods, aka turbo/supercharger assuming they are available for your car. It is up to you to choose the rest... I'm sure you don't have an unlimited budget (because no one does), so you have to decide if you want more power, better handling, better braking or you just ant your car to look badass. If you really want us to help you, you might want to consider saying the things you think your car lacks that you want to fix, your budget and how far you want to go. Maybe a little more info would help us help you better.

i wanted to know some certain brands and what they make (kleeman, renntech, etc.) and some first hand suggestions. anyone can go to a tuner's website and see what's available, but does that always mean the product is good? before i decide on what mods to get, i wanna see if that particular brand and mod is suggested. im not just going to buy whatever i think will be good or is listed.
the reason i said what i said in that sentence you quoted was because (obviously) the thread got a little OT and didnt want to continue the **** fighting going on
