i did a renntech clk63 for a customer and it made 50hp in the mid range ...its really wakes up the car ...doing another one next week ...great upgrade..imo... this is just headers and ecu we did

Its cheaper than the old X50 option from Porsche for the equivalent HP gains.

 

Hartmut is your man for making real power with the CLK-63 Black. The ECU has 3 different levels of code. They have to address all of them to get the performance gains. There are 7,000 pages of code and they are the only one's who can get the support from AMG. If anyone else tell you different they are pulling your leg. The engine management on that motor is very complicated. I wouldn't want anyone else messing with it. Yes it's expensive. They invest weeks doing development work and dyno tests. There's not too many Blacks out there so the price is hi. That's the reason it's pricy. Steve

I don't think they have this latest program otherwise he wouldn't have me send it. He already did the first generation map for me. This new one has even more refinements. Steve
