I have G 55 AMG 2008, bought 2008 modell Iphone holder from mercedes benz, with some bluetooth technology... cant instal it, and Im the firt in my country who has it... so cant ask anyone... manual is rubish!

In manual, it said, insert ur Iphone in to the holder then turn on bluetooth on Iphone and press button on holder to activate Iphone, and My phone doesnt find it!!!! Please some one who already done this, help with it. On my father S63 I did it easy, because S63 has bluetooth in it without any holder.

On my G 55 it just says on screen "Turn on your phone"....

 

i think mercedes dealer has to activate it for you.

 

You need to "pair" the phone with the G 55 system. Turn the Blue tooth on the phone, then have the unit on the G55 look for the phone. Took me forever to find it out on my D3, but it is the same system. If that does not work, let me know and I'll ask my friend who works at Mercedes.

 

Phone doesnt see anything... holder is inserted correctly it charges the phone and bluetooth indicator on the holder is working.
