Do I just walk into Mercedes and ask to lower my CLS on the star method? How low can I get it to? How much will it cost?

Mercedes won't normally do this for you. You have to go to an aftermarket tuning shop in your area which can do it for you.

About 1.5". The cost normally ranges from $250 - $350.

is it possible to run thicker tires on 20in wheels for a CLS? can i go like 255/35/20 and 295/30/20 for example??
