new for 09'

I'm sure the eletronics upgrade is a good step forward. MB continues to update their electronics in the lineup at a slow pace. They really should standardize their GPS systems so rollout of new hardware doesnt take years thru their lineup.

As for the looks:

The grille looks too old style and same goes for the head light.

The wheel doesnt look that great.

This SUV needs a wider stance and an off road package.

 

i like the old 55 rims.

honestly if they never change the design of the G class that would not bother me at all, its classic

because i wouldnt ever put the old rims on the new car. my father is in the market for one of these now, and he doesnt like the new wheels either. we used to have an '04 g55 and we loved it but the new wheels just do dont do it... he may go for a low mileage '08...they look great.

any suggestions?
