I am about to buy this G55 and am having second thoughts. I am a black or charcoal kinda guy but can score a really good deal on this truck. What are your thoughts and opinions? Should i hold out/or pay more for a black or charcoal one? Or steal this one a run with it?

The color is paint code 904, midnight blue.

 

That is a very nice color, especially for a G55. It is very rare also. I would definately buy it if you can get a good deal. There are too many black ones out there anyway, its nice to be a little different.

If the sticker is right, its an '05.

 

Correct. 05 model with 13k miles on it.

 

What's the price if you don't mind?

 

If it's true, resale can be a pretty big problem...

I think this blue looks a bit more interesting (not serious though) but MB does not offer this color in States

 

I had a black g500, what a nightmare, swirls, scratches etc... that blue looks sick, and I also recomend white for the G

 

Stick with the Black... Mine's an 08, black exterior, porcelain interior with black wood...looks great with a little tint. Dealer even offered me a buy back for my 08 once my 09 arrives, since he knows that he can easily flip the black one.
