I know this is odd, but it's a necessity for me to have the rear seats fold down in my car.

1st do any of the E class sedan seats fold down, so I could retro-fit them?

2nd-What is back there that would prevent me from making them fold. From what I can see the shape of the rear seats is not condusive, but could be worked around depending on how creative I got. 2nd...the length of the back appears a little long. I appears that it woudl have to be cut maybe 6 inches from the base all the way across, and the get creative to get it to fold.

3rd-Is it structural and this is just a bad bad idea and I should get it out of my head. The last thing I woudl want to happen is buy an E55 AMG and then mess it up beyond repair.

Thanks to you all, I didn't know where else to go, or whom to ask. I know anythign can be done with $$. Budget would be $1-$2k
