Adding navigation to 2003 E55

Can anyone give me some input as to the best way to add navigation to an 03 E55?

You have to do the wiring for the satellite. Just buy a Garmin Navigation. Those do a great job and can be transferred car to car.

Thanks for the feedback. I really want to have navi in the dash. Perhaps aftermarket is the way to go. Anyone with experience adding aftermarket navi into a w211?
