Warranty has run. What company do you all suggest for a cls55.

Had a Chrysler warranty on an E55; lot's of positive feedback on some of the MB forums regarding the Chrysler backed warranties. Used it one time (sold the car and cashed in the remainder of the warranty) and was very impressed with service as was the MB dealer.
