I'm pretty close to picking up a CLK63 BS and starting to wonder what the forum thinks of the choice between that and the new RS5. I've driven the RS but not the CLK. I don't need the rear seat so that isn't a factor. What do you guys think?

 

Just curious, but how rare is the RS5?

 

I would definitely rock the BS.

RS5 is nice, but it's underpowered for what it is....

I don't think those cars are even on the same planet. The CLK63 Black Series is a pure drivers car.

 

I have a RS5 and drove the benz........Really considered it as well....... Rs5 is much more exclusive..

Better built and faster............

The benz is a nice car but in Orange County , its standard issue around here... Everyone has one..

Audi is bringing less than 1200 RS5's over the next 2 years..........

kinda reminds me of a infinty g35 from the side and rear.

 

RS5 is 3 seconds faster around the 'ring than the BS. just sayin'.

RS5 has AWD... I like it better.

 

RS5 is pretty rare.... only 2 year US production.

Less than 300 delivered this year.
Estimated total deliver around 1200 cars total.

Dont get me wrong .. The Benz is a nice car but in Orange County we are tripping over AMG cars on a daily basis.

The RS5 will be a rare find in any part of the country with such low production.
