are the dealers still charge over MSRP?

anyone know where can i find them at MSRP in CA?

My name came up for the E55 about 4-5 months ago. I passed on it. I can probably find an E55 for list, but, it will be used with low miles. If I were you and you live in Cali, buy the convertible. I am going with my car dealer friend to a Mercedes auction on Novemebr 12 or 13(can't remember), He will buy the car for you if you want and you can buy it from him. I will be there, so, I'll ensure it is perfect.
