FYI, the recently published history of AMG is now available in the U.S.: "AMG: Reaching for the Stars" by Frank Muhling & Markus Bolsinger is the factory-authorized story of AMG from it's start almost 40 years ago to the present. Hardcover, in English, 222 pages, available from Toad Hall Motorbooks (www.toadhallbook.com). Good holiday gift . . . wife ordered one for me.

I'd love to get one. Had two AMG's back when they were still independent.

FYI, the book became available earlier this week again at mbusa.com in English. 12 copies were originally available, looks like down to 7 now. It's only $65!
