picked up my S63

LOVES IT!!!!!!! great driving car, much more refined than my previous S55, not quite as torquey feeling, but seamless. Love the way it drives, now if my wheels would just arrive!!!!! Ill post some pics tomorrow on the stockers, and the 22's should be here by next week I hope!

honestly, I have had quite a few 55 SC engines, and I am quite torn. They feel very different from one another in my P.O.V. The 55 is much less refined feeling, and pure brute, while this engine seems more seamless and potent. It doesnt have such an aggressive torque curve, which makes the 55 seem more fun to drive, but I think that the 63 accelerates harder once the RPM's are in their higher sweet spot. I love both engines, and will definitely miss the modability of the 55k motor.

If your into modifications, I would suggest with either Kleemann or REnntech as they both offer Ecu upgrades that de limit and remove the 155mph governor or speed limit, also there is their headers that gets 20hp extra.

Ive seen packages that claim to have 550-560hp with bolt on's, Thought I would reccomend you to have your ecu tuned, headers and contact Kleemann for high flow primary cats.

Want it to be louder or free flowing then take it to a Exhaust/Muffler shop and put it on the lift if the car has 4 cats, remove two of them and if it has a resonator then remove that too. But I suggest you to do the headers and the ecu first as it will compensate for the loss of torque after the the removal of secondary cats and resonators.

lol, thanks guys.... it was freaking pouring today so I didnt get any good shots, but I have some on my sidekick that Ill post up here. Just two of the back.

The car doesnt have the 030 package. The options it has are distronic, iPod, night assist, and a few other little doo das. I was so close to getting a RENNTech lowering module for it today, but I am afraid that when I mount up the 22's it is going to rub? Oh well, I may just go ahead and do it. The car is AMAZING though! I love it.

ps- Distronic Plus is really fun! I drove almost the entire way home tonight not touching the brake pedal. It takes some time to get used to, but **** these cars are making me super lazy!

Harris

SIDEKICKS HAVE THE WORST CAMERAS!!!!!! better pics after the Lowenharts go on!
