the problem is the appraisal isn't worth ****, i can appraise that ring for 5,000 or 50,000 and there is nothing that can stop me.
you should shave had the diamond certified by gia, then you know what it is. that junk of g/h or vs/2 or si1 is bull****, what is it, g or h? vs2 or si1? thats a HUGE WINDOW.
RAP on a 2.14 g vs2 is 34,454 and a h si1 is 25,680. thats a HUGE window, aprox 30 %!!!
no wive been doing this for a long time, and i can tel you this, there is no way that that thing is a h or a si1, its worse than that. the only reason you send a diamond over 2 ct to a ****ty lab, is you won't like the grade they give it, so you sent it to **** lab who for a fee will call it nicer than it is.
leason learned, deal with gia certified stones, and it is what it is , and any dealer will buy it sight unseen, with this stuff all bets are off
