Anyone in the market for a new bed?

I won an auction at a charity benefit last week for a brand new Duxiana Queen sized bed and it doesn't look like I'll be using it (was a surprise for the wife who likes our existing mattress).

I paid $2500 and the bed is $5400 + tax...you can upgrade to any size or model. Basically a $5400 credit for less than 1/2 the price.

Bed will come direct from Duxiana in Ridgewood NJ so would like to keep it local to the tristate if possible...rather it go to someone here vs eBay, Craigslist, etc.

That is not an actual item photo and does not meet the photo requirement requested by members...since you don't have the item in your possession I don't see how you can comply....members purchase at your own risk

 

Understood Chuck and certainly not looking to break the rules nor defraud any of my fellow 6speed members. I don't have the bed in my possession as it's going to come directly from the retailer as noted. I'll likely accompany whoever purchases the bed to ensure all goes smoothly so there is no "risk" involved.

No need to remove it...could be a nice deal for a 6 speeder...when the guidelines aren't followed I have to caution members...nothing personal in it at all

 

Glws, too bad it's not in the SF Bay area....my wife wants a new bed, we've tried just about everywhere, but no success..

 

Duxiana is a world class bed. I sell Royal Pedics in my own store, and this is a brand I have thought of carrying. They are VERY expensive, but will last a very long time without degrading like conventional bedding does. This is a killer deal, someone here should take advantage of it.

 

Might be interested. I'm near Princeton. So how would this work? I give you $2500 and I get a certificate or something for a queen Dux?
