Such a small world. I grew up in Frankford. My uncle has one of his dental offices on Lake Mowhawk. I was just up there as my Mother lives in Wantage now. Got stuck at the fair Sunday. My little cousins went to Rev. Brown and are now at Pope John.

My kids are starting Kindergarten at Rev. Brown in Sept.
My orthodontist is in Sparta, Dr. Grano. Is that him?
This lot is right around the corner from the school.

Well, I thought I had it sold.
It looks like the deal is falling through due to financing issues with the buyer (bad credit), so I have reduced the price.
The house nearby just listed for $2.89 mil (I think its overpriced), and a house around the corner is under construction that sold for ~$2.1 million. So the value is there for the right buyer that wants to build the custom house THEY want instead of the accepting the typical house with limited options that a builder wants to build in a development. You have complete control here.
New reduced asking price- $495,000.

I don't think the neighbors would like it though. Actually I believe this offer is a legally binding. You have made a good choice. Congratulations on your new acquisition.
