I had the black Aero for about 6 months when it was totaled by a careless kid who did bother to look before changing lanes and hit me. 4 months of physical therapy and I'm pretty much back on my feet. I just purchased a new 996 to replace it.

Sorry to hear about the black one. did you have the 997 lobster forks on it? Thats what I had on mine and I loved the way they looked. Personally when I had my black one I always wanted a silver aero.

hahaha yea you were pretty civil, but i could still hear the rumbling of that v12!.. had to put the windows down and enjoy the sweet sounds of those pipes haha..

I remember when you got that car. I bought mine right about the same time. My car had the 18inch Carrera 5 spokes. Funny you mention that because I liked the black but loved the silver. I only wish my silver one had the same mods.

Oh well, I guess I can build this car the way I want it.

I can understand that at least you got an aero though. Its so damn expensive to mod these cars, exhaust is the first must in my book.

who owns the white 997 gt3 rs with orange/blue stripes in a tire tread design.

saw it as i was coming into work today at reston. i think that was the stripe color and design.

Thanks, I'll have some decent shots up later this afternoon...been so busy it is still dirty! LOL

It is supposed to be putting down near 500HP...I will be performing a dyno ASAP
