I just got both of them installed on 06 C2S. I had a mechanic friend install them for me. The entire process took about two hours but a lot of time was spent on figuring out where to place the microphone (I decided to drill a hole on the steering column which turned out beautifully - looks like it came from factory that way). Also, have a mechanic pull out the PCM and other console components saved a lot of time (I could've take twice as long easily).

Anyway, I thought I share the experience and answer any questions you may have about getting this done (or you can read about them plenty from other threads).

Overall, I'm very satisfied with the products. Bluetooth works great and iPod is wonderful to have (integrated to PCM).

p.s. I researched OEM iPod adapter and feedbacks were mixed. I'm glad that I went with NavTV.
