You cant go to court with a privately owned dealership over their desire to buy your car and the price they will pay for it. Even if I walk into a dealership with your car and get 5k more for the same trade, its a negotiable deal...

Trinity, true, I agree with you, but in that instance of totalling a car, that's where I enjoy the benefits of gap insurance. I did apply for the high mileage adjustment w/ prince william county and it was a $43 credit (granted 10%, but come on). Oh well.

One sure could but it wouldn't be because they wouldn't purchase your car. Of course that wouldn't stand in a court of law. You are missing my point.

kvsm3 is infamous around these parts
I bought 2 Lexus(es?) from Pohanka back in 2002. They were great to deal with. I am surprised they changed that much over the years.
If you are looking for an IS-F, you should also try Lexus forums like ClubLexus.
I know people are getting IS-Fs for several thousands off sticker from what I hear on Club Lexus.

If you want a Lexus from Pohanka, PM me, I'll make a call for you. I've bought 17 cars from Pohanka in the last 4 years so I met just about everyone there, including the owner. Your E55 trade in figure, like Pej said, it's not based on KBB, no dealers go by KBB these days...it's all about how much the auction will bring in since that's their safety net. You should be able to get a great deal on just about every car they have there right now.

Was coupe...gone already. Got a bit scared since market on these were getting really really soft. Didn't want to end up $30K upside down in 2 months.

I did see a bad *** 06 Red Novitec F430 on eBay last night though
