German Auto Group
I suggest them. They are a friend of my customer Al.
this is his posting in another forum:
"Sammy is a close friend and an enthusiast that decided to buy a failing foreign car business so that his long time clientele can just have one big place for foreign car service. He had serviced my MBenz before and does all my cars non warranty work.
Check out his team of professionals that followed him in his business

and his virtual tour (he is the mechanic with long hair, dont let that fool you, he owns the place alongside 2 gas stations)

I've seen Sammy around when I used to live in Kingstowne, VA (Alexandria). Doesn't he own like a Shell or something on Franconia Road. I used to see him driving around in an SL500.....One time my buddy and I stopped by his gas station on franconia to put air in his 996 and he walked up and chatted with us. Was a nice guy.
I never used them but have a friend who has. I think its funny cause I told him to go to the dealer...he hates it when im right. my 911 went into the shop after his about 4 months ago. his is still there. I thought he was lying so I WENT BY THERE LOL LOL LOL ITS still THERE! FLAT BLACK WITH A WING, jus PARKED! they have gotten alot of bad publicity from him everytime he gets the chance. jus b careful. i say go to the dealer, someone who knows what they r doing. he gonna kick my *** if he know im laughn at him.
I take back what I said previously. Taylor has gotten pretty non-responsive. No return phone calls no return emails.
I would go to either IMA or ASG. Both shops have worked on my car and done quality work.

Could you type out the details for IMA and ASG as I just moved (two weeks ago) into the Arlington area and have just started to look for reputable shops.
Thanks

taylor chapman is a great technican and person,i highly recommend taylor to anyone. he is a great person to talk to and ask questions. When you bring your car to gag (German auto group) you have to specifically ask for taylor to work on it. The trouble with the Flat Black 911 is with the owner of gag Sammi. the car was sent for taylor to work on and Sammi had his $10hr mechanics work on the car. Sammi did not notify taylor about the car. the Customer was very upset at Gag and not taylor. taylor is not at blame with that.
Ask for Ivan Arzola, he has done a lot of upgrades for me and very knowledgeable when it comes to Porsche's!
All of that is fine. But when you do not answer your phone or return calls it does not matter. It should not take months to get an oil change. I'm glad he is so busy that he does not have time to talk to his customers
+1 with Gunther on that!!! Nothing pisses me off more than that, especially customers who recommend you.
I hope to run into you some time in the near future.
