I just did it on Wed. with Rubenfeld. I'd at least do a consultation over there to convince yourself that it is the skill of the surgeon that really matters, even if Lasik these days seems like a "routine" procedure. He wasn't the cheapest around, but when it comes to my vision, I wanted the best.

Eyes are still drier than usual, but that's normal for being less than a week out. About what I expected. I'm at 20/20, and the dryness should subside with time.
