It was nice seeing you. Your car is looking great as usual. I was afraid my daughter would complain about the wind and cold temperature sitting in the back with the soft top mostly up, but she was fine. In fact, she fell asleep on the way home. Hopefully, I will get to see your Lister next time.

if anyone is thinking of coming out tomorrow...DO, should be nice and cool - great day for a drive! BTW, i am bringing something outrageous tomorrow...been working on it for 3 + years and it is ready for an initial test run. better Lbs/hp ratio than a Bugatti Veyron with a nice vintage look...

8;30am still the arrival time? 928 is down for shifter problems, but I'd like to show up anyway!!

 

the new car is right at 3 lbs/hp. kinda scary/wild to drive...spins the 335's in back in any gear. makes the RSR feel a bit sluggish. Hopefully i have most of the bugs sorted since the last test drive where it just about went thermo- nuclear on me. a bit of an overheating problem...

the time still is 8:30 am and folks arrive anytime between 8:30 and 9 am. hopefully see you there!

Bugger I've picked up a cold somewhere so hanging out is, well, out. Take some good pics so I can pretend I was there!

 

Weather dudes are sayin sunday will be a great day...hope to see you all out for coffee before the winter rolls in and we have to put the toys into hibernation!

 

Will you bring the Lister? I couldn't make the get-together last weekend but will plan to make the next one. I will bring my new toy which I am embarassed to say has to push a whopping 4.4 lbs per HP .

 

i'm still tinkering with some nagging issues but i was planning to bring the lister out unless i discover yet another problem (hopefully it makes it to leesburg and back on saturday). 4.4 lbs/hp should be a fun ride!

 

My goal: fix the shifter on my 928 and make it to this meet!

 

Still meeting tomorrow morning? I missed C&C this morning and wouldn't mind heading out tomorrow.

Unique, unusual, and looks great driving on the road. Truly a stunning example! Thanks for bringing it out yesterday. You should definitely drive it over to the Vienna Inn early on a Saturday morning and meet the Cobra Club. They would love to check it out.
