Thumbs up IMA for Porsche

Well I have just had my first experience with IMA, and it was outstanding. The turnaround time, the work quality and price were as quoted. This kind of service, believe me is very hard to find. I have been in the car business for over twenty years now, both retail shops and government fleet and rarely do you find a shop that can deliver all of these very important segments as promised. Ivan and his wife were very friendly and professional, and communication throughout my transaction was exceptional. I also appreciate the straight forward no BS style of service delivery as well. How many customers can spend a few thousand dollars and walk away feeling positive about their visit? In any case if you are looking for someone to do your IMS that knows what they are doing or anything else Porsche related I would suggest giving IMA a call. By the way, thanks Berk very much for the referral.

Ivan gave me a ride to Vienna in the silver 996 TT conversion, pretty impressive. Who knows what the future brings.

I went to IMA also on Saturday for a car clinic. I have to say thanks to Ivan for taking time to look over my car making sure everything checked out and taking it for a test drive with me. IMA has a really friendly and knowledgable staff, Ivan is great to talk to and he is a straight up person and advises you in an honest manner without trying to make you buy everything under the sun. The shop is very clean and they are true proffesionals, lots of nice project going on from street car customers to full on race cars...my only wish was that IMA is closer to my home BUT they have told me that they can arrange for transport for larger jobs which is helpful.

Burke I saw your car there, looking good bud!

Smile Thanks

Warren

I am glad to read and hear that you are pleased with your visit to our shop. Thanks for this nice post. My wife and I work hard every day to maintain our customers happy and satisfied and our work second to none and reasonable in cost. It is nice that someone like yourself with years in auto repair recognize the small things that we do and appreciates it.

Thanks again
