It's def because of the weather, but there were maybe 10 people at times today.

 

I've heard through the grapevine that over the next few weeks we could possibly be the topic for a local newspaper. It would be great to get the turnout back to what we had in the summer (I'm guilty as charged too).

Weather forecast seems to be decent over the holidays, so come on out if you can!!! I'd be nice to put on a good show for the local media.

 

The rumor is true. There was a guy that did some interviews with us last weekend. I don't remember the local paper's name - it's for the Columbia, MD market.

ML is a good spot...we just need to promote it more on all the forums!

 

ML needs to be kept alive otherwise it will perrish...to do so it needs a critical mass of regulars as well as more steady promoting over a variety of forums. I feel as though Tubby's can be a nice draw to the Maple Lawn meet...come to ML enjoy a hot coffee, then have breakfast at Tubbys!!!

 

If anyone is interested... I can put together a fun run for this Saturday 11/26 that departs Maple Lawn around 10:30am and ends at a nice place to eat... Post here if your are interested...

I talked to the reporter for about a half hour last Saturday

Now that the race season is over for me, I should be able to come our regularly now. Though with it being so cold in the morning, I hope we get big enough numbers to make it worth getting up early and freezing on a Saturday lol. Count me in to be there this Sat but I'll probably skip out on the cruise/grub. I'll spread the word.
