That's awesome guys....promise will make many more this season....still got family duties so making sure to be well balanced unlike my diet. Hahaha.

Chris are you serious?? I didn't bother to really go over and take a look since we were busy talking.

Yeah Sunir told me about it haha. The "Hamann M5" is actually a 530 I believe (or maybe a 535?). It's got lots of fake parts on it and the guy tries to pass it off like it's an M5. The sad thing is...it wouldn't be a bad looking 5-Series if the guy would just be straight about it.

Mick and I complimented him a few times on his M5, truth is it looked identical to an M5 except for the fender grilles he had did not look exactly factory...he rolled with the compliments and never revealed the true identity of the car. He told us several times that he wanted to get a GT3 after having wrecked a 911 turbo he adored and missed so much. He also mentioned he is good friends with the GTR guy that Val apparently raced on the midnight run who apparently is eager to race Val again...

He also doesn't have M5 mirrors (or at least he didn't when I took a picture a couple years ago)

I think he has M5 mirrors now...he had Mick and I totally 100% thinking it was an M5 without question... my only thing is instead of sinking all that money onto a conversion appearance why didn't he just sell the car and get a used M5?

Yes exactly... wouldn't it be if he knew he was being talked about and purposely put 5series body panels on an actual M5 for the "sleeper" look? lol

weird.. I would never pull something like that with my 645... err I mean M6.
