Al I think they do that 12 months in VA buddy...the public is now beaten to a pulp like after 3 rounds with Tysons...

Lol, yea they are a bit more strict in Va but nonetheless during certain months they are stricter.

Cops were out in force this morning 9-3-11
I got caught speeding to Cars & Coffee in Great Falls. I was n GW PWY. He was a really nice cop though. Ticket wasn't huge but still owe money to VA now.
