Shop Review

Wanted to give a review of Chris and CAS Designs high end car audio and customization shop. First off the place is very clean and you can soon find a bevy of very nice cars, from exotics to custom hot rods and lucle cars.

I commissioned Chris to remove a Sirius radio which was apparently dealer installed at point of sale in my Aston Martin DB9 at the purchaser's request. The wiring was a mess and the installation was sloppy. Also included was a defunct K40 radar/laser system which was removed as well.

Chris had the job wrapped up in less than 3 hours and was very familiar with the car, he did a fantastic job...his work was proffesional, very clean, and meticulous. He truly does work at that the level of exotic cars and custom cars, each part of the job was done with care and planning, he is very detail oriented and is great to deal with from a customer standpoint I could not be happier with my experience working with Chris. Not to mention his price was very fair with the time he spent and the work he did. I would not hesitate at all to take any car I own or will own to him for any customization work, including but not limited to audio/video etc.

My DB9 is now returned to a fully factory numbers matching example inside and out, and within accordance to her factory build sheet. We were lucky to have all the parts and harware for the car so we could use all the original bits when the aftermarket stuff was removed.

There you have it. A huge recommendation and thunbs up for Chris and CAS Designs in Stirling VA.

no modifications for it...I'm losing my **** right now trying to sell my heavily modded SL55 AMG which is making gobs of power and has a lot iinvested into it... Even though my benz is perfect inside/out and runs incredible they are only looking ot pay 50 cents to the dollar if I'm very lucky...at that rate I'll only be able to recoup half my mod investment.

bummer man... but you know cars aren't an investment, they are an addiction! My 928 is probably worth half what i've got in it, though prices are on the rise, and my 914 is worth what I got in it, if the motor was running.... or the transmission wasn't in the corner of the garage.

really good luck with the merc sale man. That car is fantastic, but you'll need to find the right person, and you'll still probably lose out.

Enjoy your aston, it really DOES need nothing!
