Anyone running one of these? (or something else) Allegedly not detectable by VA cops with the spectre scanner thing.

I am. It's an older (the version that gets hot) Sti driver that was upgraded with the latest Magnum firmware. It's now essentially a Redline. It works great and is undetectable.

 

I've gotten a bunch of PMs to go along with discussion.

Basic notion is yes they are undetectable, work well, but folks would like to run the Bel STI R Plus setup to hide it better.

No one commented about adding laser shifters in VA so I guess we just keep our eyes peeled for them.

I also have Laser Interceptor installed. That's good in MD where I live where LEO's use laser a lot.. If I was doing it over again I'd get the STi R. I don't use the detector all the time but with all the friggin speed cameras in Montgomery an always on detector would be nice.

 

I do, the STI Driver---- totally undetectable. Dont worry about mounting it on the windshield. Folks have all sorts of stuff there now, NAVs etc., cops dont look twice. I have been directly behind cops before and they have no clue.
