Most preferred front license plate solution?

Hi all,

I bought my 911 991 from a no front plate state. In Virginia, however, the state troopers are insisting on a front plate. I don't have parking sensors. Is there consensus on the most optimal no-drill solution? Sticker? USMillworks bracket?

Also, any suggestions for after market rubber mats?

TIA!

Make a color copy from a copier of your original tag. Trim off top and bottom just leaving the actual tag letters. Laminate that and attach it with velcro in the center cavity on the 911. From 10 yards to whatever, looks like a MD tag. Police have not stopped me in 3 years. All they want to see is something on the front. They can't tell the difference from a distance.

I put the US Millworks bracket on my girlfriend's BMW 228i. Very well made and works great.

Front license plate is kept in the frunk. So far, no tickets driving in NOVA/WDC area. On my X3, I installed the Skene bracket...and have thought about using it on the 997. But for now, I enjoy the look of no front license plate!

Thanks all. Great ideas. I'll probably do the laminate thing first and then one of the brackets if the Velcro pulls off while driving faaaast 💨
