I heard nothing but good things about Knauz, their right by my house too. I'm looking at a 08 BMW 335xi they have there.

I saw that car in person, looks nice

 

I've bought 2 M-B's and just recently a Land Rover from them. Sales experience was pretty good (used internet), but M-B service was mediocre at best. Every time we had a car there, we had some minor issue. Nothing was too bad by itself, but to have an issue EVERY time started to wear on us. When we started to give them bad reviews in the survey's, we got some indifferent attitudes from the service manager. When it came time for the BMW, we didn't even consider them. 2 years later, they had the best deal by far on the Rover, so we went back.
They do hammer you about giving them perfect scores on the survey's. That really irritates me.
