15% reduction pulley for the SC will get you ~15 more horses (and it is a WOW type of improvement).

Ditch the runflats for regular tires and the ride improves a lot.

I agree wholeheartedly with both statements. The 15% pulley in most cars nets 20 WHP gain! Totally transforms the car!

Run flats blow!(ok well not blow up but you understand ) Switching to a can of fix-a-flat, AAA and new performance rubber is a HUGE improvement!

Fair enough - I checked the prices for that - really cheap! Would consider but......

....I actually lost the keys for it a few weeks ago - not really sure what to do with it as it's in the middle of no-where (house in Wales) and I'm in London. It'll cost me £265 minimum for someone from BMW to come out and sort it. I won't be back there really till the summer - hmmm

I was in Paris with a friend, for some reason I'd put a ton of stuff (passport, money etc) in there along with the spare key which had been in my pocket for a bit in the guys safe.

While i was there, the guy asked the butler to place the keys to the cars he had in storage in a deposit box - you guessed it, the other keys were in the safe, butler took keys, along with mine to a parisian bank. Me being me, I didn't notice the key had gone when I took my stuff and drove back to London.

I'll get it back some time - just might take a while as I'm busy!

So really, the Mini is underpowered and boring because you can't drive it. Seems logical to me.
