Picked up my JCW!

In my quest for the new DD I ended up with the this. I am in the high end car business and get to drive and test everthing under the sun and when I drove this I was floored by the smile factor this car provided. Everything else I looked at was forgotten. To top it off I am averaging 30mpg+.

That good huh? Is this the new model? I have a hard time telling the difference between the old and new, but the tall ride height and exposed rear suspension arms help in distinguishing the two apart.

I was in the market for a economical DD and this fit the bill. I am not comparing this to the highline, just for the value it is a lot of fun.

Can you say ROCKET Rollerskate?

If you've never driven a JCW, you should. It's unbelievable how much fun these cars are to drive.

I test drove a Cooper S the other week and was surprised I fit in the car. I am 6'5" tall! I was extremely comfortable. For my DD I have a BMW X3 and hopefully will be able to get ride of it in 2009 or trade it in. I am considering a Cooper S in my quest for a cool car under $30k.
