"beast" what was the installation like for the Sparco Milano seats.

 

Not too bad. they have a Minio specific mounting kit. After that you just need to have the seat airbags disabled at the dealer to get rid of the warning light.

I have an extra set of seat brackets brand new in the box for the MINI for use with the Recaro SRD seats.
