New Member - crazy story any opinions advice welcomed

Hey Guys,

long time reader first time poster...

I have a 2016 Cayenne S Hybrid Black/ Black all carbon fiber interior and it's only 4 months old... what happened next in my opinion is a crazy story... Please read and share your opinions...

(i'll make this as short as i can)... been having issues with the car recently: No AC, PCM malfunction and car stalling with "fault generator" message / Reduce engine power visit workshop...

This has been happening for the last month and I've been calling Beverly Hills Porsche Service dept. (and my adviser Juan) to try and schedule an appt. I couldn't reach him and left many voicemail until one day I asked the receptionist to transfer me to anyone who would answer and behold Juan answers. I start to voice my frustration only for him to hang up on me midway "saying i am wasting his time" ... I ended up going into the dealership yesterday to drop off my car and went to see Juan to tell him he should apologize for hanging up on me; what comes next is NOT a joke.

Juan looks at me and says you are a stupid man and stupid people can't waste his time ... I, at this point, feel like i am on candid camera and he's about to say just kidding you have won a Turbo!!!!. NO! i ask him to repeat to me what he just said and he proceeds to tell me again how stupid i am. At this point i tell him flat out to get up and go get his manager. He gets up but not to get his manager, he gets up and reaches accross his desk and slaps my face away saying to get out of his dealership. Everyone runs towards me, i assume to make sure i am OK, but no his coworkers come and challenge me to a fight and tell me to grow up followed by my favorite: YOU THINK CAUSE YOU DRIVE A PORSCHE YOU'RE HOT **** - **** YOU GET A LIFE AND GROW UP.

i wish i was making this up but i am not... Police came out filed a battery report, spoke to the manager called Porsche NA and basically NOTHING happened. Porsche NA told me there is nothing they can do since dealerships are individually owned entities and the manager for the dealership told me that he needed time to think about what comes next but he said he's apologized so that is a good start. I AM At a complete loss of words and ideas as to what i should do and what my options are - i have never ever been so disrespected.

There that's my long long long crazy story - any opinions/ ideas?

What ever happened to the "Fault Generator" issue with the car? lol. Sorry about your issue at the dealership, but my eHybrid is having the same problems and code and the dealership doesnt know how to diagnose it... or fix it.
