newb from Kalamazoo MI

Hey everyone, my name is Bill, i am from Kalamazoo MI. I have been thinking bout jumping into the 996 turbo market and picking one up for a mild build. I have been into cars my whole life, but I have spent the majority of it tinkering with RX7 turbos. I also currently use an '13 FRS for track only. (i live 35 mins from Gingerman Raceway) as well as some other jap cars.

Some hobbies of mine are Motorsports. I am very big into motorcycle racing. from flat track to MotoGP. I also like designing and fabrication car parts. A lot of things i run on my personal cars were designed and built by me.

I registered for the site in anticipation for finding the next car.

Welcome to the 6 Bill! For years I have been heavily involved in Porsche especially the 996T platform. Any questions reach out and good luck with your search.

Good to know! I am in the market for other cars as well, but i love the 996tt.. I actually thought they looked cool. lol I do a TON of track days so a decent Cayman is also on my radar, as well as some non Porsche vehicles like a C6 Zo6. I'm ultimately trying to stay in the $35-55K range.
