Hello from NE Texas
New to the forum. Have been driving for almost 60 years, most all of it in manual transmission cars. Lived in Germany for two years as a young man driving a souped up Volkswagen and my friends 911 over there. Have driven a variety of stick shift Mercedes which are hard to come by in the US. A few stick Corvettes, a few stick shift pickups. I currently have an ‘06 Mustang GT five speed, a six speed Mercedes SLK320, a three on the tree 64 Galaxies 500 and my latest find, a six speed Porsche Cayenne.
My airplanes are unusual also, a Cessna 140 taildragger with many mods including a custom panel equipped and certified for instrument flight and an F model Mooney with a plethora of aerodynamic mods and also equipped and certified for IFR
I am retired, hunt, fish and enjoy my lovely wife, our five grown kids and nine grandkids.
Several of my beaten paths are hilly, winding roads fit for a sports car.
