GT-R, Is this true?
No one said you were being racist. You used an epithet whether you were ignorant to the fact or not. I let you know.
You asked why Japanese people always put stickers on their cars. I answered your question by pointing out there is an alternative explanation for your observation: stickers go on show cars or cars with sponsored products. It is not exclusive to Japanese people.
I also said you were either trying to insult them or just made a completely obtuse observation. If it wasn't the former as you contend (btw, you don't need to put quotation marks around the term racist) then it must be the latter. And I have no comment on that.
And for your edification, the etymology of the term "ricer" has racist ties, although most people contend that it is not racist.

It's enough that some members find that offensive. I agree. Please don't use that term anymore and an apology would be nice.
My wife and I vacationed in Tokyo for about 2 weeks last fall, and we checked out the Nissan Gallery, which had 2 GT-Rs in its showroom. Needless to say there were tons of people opening, closing doors and trunks, hopping in the driver's seats... but I elbowed my way around and took a bunch of GT-R pix, will post when I have some time to dig through my digi-albums. The GT-Rs look very impressive in person, and I especially like the aggressive styling.
And we also were lucky enough to check out the 2007 Tokyo Motor Show (happens every 2 years!!) for a full day during our stay.
