Doesn't seem to be that big of an issue to me.
The GPS speed limiter and $1000 after track check won't be on US models.
I know some of the GT-Rs were driven to TAS with aftermarket wheels. The "error code" is just a light because the tire pressure monitoring system isn't carried over to the aftermarket wheels.
Mines has since released their VX-ROM. Any other issues will be figured out with a little time.
