Since Porsche caught them cheating I've seen many at list. Sorry, but you're about to lose a lot of money in just a few months if you paid over list.

 

Correction; Porsche accused Nissan of cheating because they couldn't produce the same numbers with their own engineer/driver. A classic case of sour grapes, as is the case with many Porsche owners too. You might want to get your facts straight before you go spouting off your mouth.

If you bought one today off the showroom floor for $73k+10k (markup) = $83k.

If you buy one in a few months your looking at $80k (Nissan increased MSRP price) + $0-10K (markup) = $80k-90k.

Explain to me how do you lose "a lot of money" by buying, driving and enjoying one today versus buying in a few months?

If you want to see deep depreciation have a look at all the P-cars, BMWs, and Lambos with about the same production #s as the GTR.

The bottom line

If you have the money, you earned it and want to blow it go right ahead, the dealers deserve the markup I want to sell Nissans for at least the next couple of months, man the dealer that sees a potential GTR buyer must cream his pants at that sight. Is it worth it ? It's your money !! fCK what other people say!! MSRP is still a profit for the dealer and they will have many more to sell in the future but alas it's the customers money, god bless em.' At MSRP it would truely be a P-killer.

My opinion guys feel free to flame me, pay over sticker, justify 100k +, just don't feel bad when the time comes (albeit months from now) when they are selling at sticker.

In kuwait its listed at 35000KD which is somewhere around 130K American dollars in todays currency exchange ..

Over sticker ..New Price increase ..I guess if you have Tons of Money then what the Heck .Buy what you like ..I seriously would rather have a cayman S with a TPC turbo 485 HP .Even a stock CS for that matter.I just have a problem giving some parasite more then sticker price for a very unproven car.Now if the GTR had the Lines that bring out Passion like the Audi R-8 Or a Porsche GT-2 Or Cayman then It would justify the Price Gouging..But It Doesnt.. Can some onehonestly say the GTR looks better? Looks like it was designed by Ford.

 

Well to me the GTR is another G37s or z350 with boost and an AWD , i would not pay that much money for it .. i would get a Corvette Z06 or maybe a viper for much less than that ..
