Gt-r 11.2 @ 122

finally ran my GT-R..... No launch control was used, car was in R-R-R mode manual shifting, the car just has the Cobb 1.08B tune which is holding less than 14PSI to redline and K&N drop-in filters, video:

great times, sounds like you have a healthy car from the 122 trap too. How much better is the Cobb tune for it do you think?

You better watch it Jamie I may have to do some bolt ons next year to keep up with you! This car uses its power very well with mods.

It really wakes up the car on the low end, my 1/8 mile trap was 99 MPH, but it seems to struggle on the top end.... I think 122 MPH is a bit low for a 99 mph 1/8 trap....

there were some strong headwinds that night, going to try again on wednesday....

I have no doubt with some good tuning and some small mods that thing will give my Z06 all it can handle and then some! That all wheel drive is hard to handle especially with another 100 hp which I am sure will be available to you guys soon. I told you I have always been a big fan of the GT-R, I may just have to go buy one and join the club, and I have been thinking about doing just that! I am getting tired of manual transmission cars and would love to have another f1 car.

You have to admit though, Z06's are animals, 130 mph in the 1/4 mile from a naturally aspirated factory stock car ain't to shabby!
