There are plenty of deals out there still. But they are drying up very fast for Old MSRP cars. If you want one get off you butt and start searching and calling. Simple as that.

+11111, anything over sticker in this economy doesn't make sense to me... i'm not suer why people would want to pay over MSRP, it just makes the NISSAN dealers think that they are the HOT $HIT right now.... that pisses me off, I get treated much nicer at a BMW, Porsche even Ferrari dealerships...

I recently sold my GTR that had only 1300 miles on it for old msrp. There are still some good deals to be had but consider slightly used ones also. Mine was perfect and never launched. Just not the daily driver I thought it could be.

It really depends on your location and how far you are willing to travel.

$300 off new msrp. There are no old msrp cars in my area.

i've noticed a trend.

4 years ago - shopping for an m3, dealer said customers can't drive it, but i can ride along.

2 years ago, must do a credit check before driving a 911.

last year bought a gt-r and get treated like a celebrity every time i walk into the dealership, head-of-the-line privileges, loaners for any damn thing, it's been an unbelievable experience.

recently went to that same porsche dealer in the gt-r, asked to check out the c2s (with pdk - wife is interested still), he threw me the keys, and says,"take it out for a spin."
