Hennessey GTR800 Dyno Sheet

It would have made more power but we ran out of injector at 21 psi. These numbers are uncorrected in 55 deg. air. The SAE corrected number was around 654 rw hp.

Mods include:
Upgraded T3 Ball Bearing Turbos - sorry not giving out the specs just yet
Custom stainless headers
Custom stainless downpipes with external wastegates
Custom stainless midpipe and exhaust
Upgraded Fuel Pump
Upgraded Intercooler Plumbing
Upgraded Inet Plumbing and BOV's
Boost Controller
Custom Tuned Software (using Cobb)

Power was made on 109 octane unleaded fuel.

With larger injectors and more tuning time I think we will hit 700 rw hp SAE on about 24 psi. We will be offering our turbo upgrade system and calibration which should work with most kits out there like the HKS570 kit, etc.

Stay tuned for more information soon.

Awesome! Good numbers. what is your estimate on the 60-130 mph run for this kit? is the duty cycle of the injectors close to 100% now?

*edit: holy crap, i'm illiterate. i didn't even see that it was mentioned in the original post.

Will you have this car at the Texas Mile this month? What a perfect proving ground for this set up!

no pics we want to post yet. we may do texas mile. 700.4 rw hp was made while maxing out the injector we were using and it was cold outside. again, this is an uncorrected number running rwd on our dynojet.

we have since turned the power down a bit til we can install and tune some bigger injectors. we may also end up doing a fuel system. the car ran 10.8 @ 132 using the new launch control at about 590 rw hp sae.

Does this kit utilize the standard turbine housing still, or does it use a t3 hotside? I would think the latter if you put headers and external gates on it. Is that correct?

Throw some bigger injectors and some more boost at it and let her rip

I honestly dont see there being room for header and then the rest of the stuff to go along with it fitting in engine bay. Thats why I would love to see pics. It would take some pretty creative thinking to get that stuff in there

There looks to be room to me, it's just that placement will effect how nice the collector is. You could easily make a log manifold to take up the same dimensions as the stocker, and there would probably be enough clearance for the samller compressor covers. I would also love to see pics.

Get on it John

there is room but its tight. we use a whole new, larger turbo and do not use any of the factory exhaust manifold or factory ihi turbo.

I understood that you didnt use the stock cast manifold but with a exhaust manifold and a bigger turbo I have a hard time understanding how its all fitting. Are you moving the turbo down and to the rear of car? Just trying to visualize this setup. Thats got to be a tight fit
