Thumbs up 2013 GTR--When?

Anyone have any info on the 2013 model hitting the states?(other than Best Car statement)
I was told today from a very knowledgeable source that yes as BC says it will have 560 HP.I was also told that it will have some noticeable new aero features and-get this-could be here before the end of year.
My dealer has been instructed to have one there as soon as they get off the boat,do the paperwork, call me and I'll bring my '12 down to swap.
Has anyone heard anything that would confirm that or dispute it??

All these changes are killing me. It's like buying a computer. As soon as you bring it home something newer hits the showroom floor.

Don't worry, all the changes seem minor to me, probably because I slept in a Holiday Inn Express last night.

nagtroc.com has video of nizumo talking about new 2013. 15hp bump, suspension optimized for rhd/lhd, grippy seat fabric, not too much else. 0-60 2.75 and under 7.20 ring time. track pack offers rear seat delete and liquid brake cooling (?). not sure if this will be available in usa. no prices either.

nice that theyre working hard to continually advance car but not much improved over 2012.

I find it funny people care about the extra 40-50hp that manufacturers ad when the car has such a crazy tuning potential with tune only GT-Rs running 10s. Light mods give this car a kick in the backside and shoot the HP north. These things scream tuning and they've shown amazing results so who cares if the 2013 GT-R has factory 560hp? I'm getting a GT-R to replace my M3 soon and I'm considering a used 09 instead of a '12 because I will start to tune it soon after purchase and I don't see the point of the newer model. It handles better and has more power but since I'll be modifying it the power won't be an issue and the handling is already amazing in the '09. Best of all I save some money to spend on mods, they're still mostly low mileage so they're not exactly old.

Those who don't want to modify look for a new model with increased features/tuning and a warranty, already a step or two a head of previous models.. Otherwise sure, you could buy a near to be 3 yr old model with little to no warranty and start from scratch as far as modifying. Different strokes.

0-60 is only 2.75 with 7.20 ring time? slow.

i am guessing we will see sub 2 sec GTR in few years (stock).
