Buying Gtr- Feedback needed

Found a 2013 Gtr for sale $85K with only 7,000 miles with a rebuilt motor (New build has only 1200miles) with upgraded Alpha Internals (pistons & rods etc/clean title). Seller (works at Nissan dealer) indicates car was returned to dealer from previous owner with blown motor and he picked it up at a significant discount and did the motor. Has paperwork to prove it. States the internals can handle up to 1500HP with additional Bolt ons. What would you do? What should I be concerned with? Am I saving boat loads of money buying a Gtr like this (with internals already done)? My intent was to build motor anyhow.....Best part is Car is in beautiful shape and is still under Warranty for another year. Need feedback from you experienced GTR Buyers and Builders

85K is a lot of money. You can get a GT-R with the baggage of a blown/built motor for that much. Are you looking to take advantage of the supposedly built internals from that motor? If not, you may want to spend more time researching the car.

At very least, I'd suggest doing a PPI on that car at another Nissan dealership.
