I did want to check out the V8 Vantage....but didn't get around to it today. The prices on them are dropping like stones. Might be able to pick one up uber cheap.

^^^already drove both the 07 and the new 09...and neither were spectacular at all unfortunately. Even for 70k...the 09 with sportshift was OK, but for the 110-120 they go for...nah thanks. There are some killer deals in the market though...

Isn't that the truth. We went to look @ a house last week. Original price was $360,000, they discounted it to $325,000. There are some desparate sellers out there.

Haha... asking $360k... to me that means throw them an offer for $235k. Let them come back at 300, and bam, 275 and its yours.

As well, interest rates just keep falling. I got a call on Thursday from my mortgage guy at Wells Fargo who told me a 30 year mortgage with zero points was at 4.875% right now........crazy. If you can afford to buy and can get approved to buy, there is no better time all the way around.
