Contrary to popular beliefs my McGuiver skills only extend so far, and this is due to lack of knowledge.

I'm trying to find someone who can walk me through the purchase of a complete audio set-up for my car. I already have some components but still need others.

I also plan on doing the install myself...which won't be to hard, I just need to know what stuff to buy.

So if anyone has time or a contact please let me know.

Hmm...I remember a guy from the G35 club that work at the shop by Algar. I "think" his name was Rich? Jon might know who I'm talking about. I know the shop he works for does some really great work on high end cars and the like.

Rich Knecht - Goodman Radio in Bryn Mawr. That place is very legit, but be preparted to get out your wallet.

What i would do? Call Rich, tell him what you want to do - get all his advice - write it down - then go do it yourself for WAY less.

 

Great guy. He installed the Infinity speakers in my 350Z. Top Notch and I would highly recommend him.

 

Mike, I am not sure what equipment you are looking for but I just took a brand new head unit out of my truck before trading it in. Pioneer Cd, bluetooth, sirius, mp3, ipod connector, etc. I didn't pay much to have tweeter install it all either. Shoot me an email, or give me a call if you need anymore info.

 

Yea I'm not really looking to have anyone do it, just need advice on what to get etc. If I get a chance maybe I'll swing by and talk shop and see what the word is

 

What are you looking to get out of the speakers in your car. I can help just need to know your budget and what ur expecting. PM me if you want. I can tell you plenty of different brands you could pick up.
